Hello
Hopefully this finds you in not too much discomfort, however if you are suffering from low back pain, which can be quite a debilitating condition, I also hope my journey outlined below provides you with some assurance that I have been there and there is most certainly hope!

I'm looking forward to hearing from you, gaining an understanding of your specific kind of low back pain and working with you to provide conservative measures and an exercise programme to enable you to better manage your condition - the objective is to achieve a stable, robust and pain free low back and hence a healthier and happier you.

A better back = a better you.

Personal Trainer in Exercise for Managing Low Back Pain
My Low Back Pain Journey with a L5/S1 Disc Herniation
Just so you know that we're in similar territory when talking about low back pain, I have had personal experience with a L5/S1 disc herniation. I had previously felt low back pain during rugby training and games of rugby in my 20s, which I had been able to recover from at the time, however as time went on and I spent more time at a desk and less time playing sport, I found the injury came back to haunt me.
Maybe 13 years ago now the recurrence meant that at times I coudn't walk 30 yards or so without having to stop and crouch down for a while (which by the way I would in no way recommend as any kind of solution) to just give me some respite from the pain and allow me to walk a bit further. Eventually I had to take time off work, lie on my back for a couple of weeks and take prescription pain-killers (Lyrica and Arcoxia were quite a combination) to manage the pain. In seeking a solution over the next 18 months, I visited various practitioners in different medical fields in Barbados where I was living at the time, including physios, a neurologist, a neurosurgeon and a chiropractor with varying degrees of efficacy, but nothing that provided a long-term solution. Eventually through a personal recommendation by a friend I found someone with experience and a track record of success in managing such injuries through low level exercise programmes - it was quite a revelation to find someone who could finally help!
My experience in being passed through numerous pairs of hands and various methods before finding a solution also made it obvious to me that many must be suffering the same experience, hence wanting to explore and study the area of low back pain so as to be able to provide assistance to those struggling with it. Hence completing a L3 personal trainer course, purely with the objective of studying and completing a Level 4 Excercise for Managing Low Back Pain course, which I have recently passed and which I have attached to my About section for your reference and comfort that I have studied low back pain management as well as experienced it myself.
